Crystal Lynn Adkins

Crystal Lynn Adkins, 58, of Chattanooga, TN, was surrounded by family when she
passed away peacefully at her caregivers home on March 12,2023. She was born
in Harvey, IL, on 09/09/1964, to Mavis Ovaline and Edward Glen Walker. She was
a dedicated member of Slygo Valley Holiness Church for 18 years. Crystal has
been surrounded by family and friends who cooked and helped with caregiving as
well as visits and lots of love and prayers for momma.

She left behind to cherish her memory two children: Candace (Justin) Mitchell of
Centre, AL, Christopher (Brianna) Adkins of Birchwood, TN; her siblings: Donnie
(Tracie) Walker and Dennis (Robin) Walker; Grandchildren: Haley Mitchell, Landon
Adkins, Sadie Mitchell, Easton Mitchell and Johnny Adkins; also, numerous
extended family members as well as some friends.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Tony Adkins and her dad Edward
Glen Walker.

Special thanks to Enhabit Hospice of Alabama, Lisa Stiefel, Gabby Furgerson and
Audra King; Adoration Hospice of Tennessee, Natalie, Stephanie, Vicky, Kristen,
and Leslie. These ladies were wonderful. Family is so thankful to the great care
they gave Crystal. Another special thanks to Denita and Greg Blevins for their
service and care given to our mother.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-9pm, Thursday from 11am-1pm, followed by
a chapel service from 1pm to 2pm. The chapel service will be followed by the
committal at Lakewood West Cemetery at 2:30pm.
