Dorothy Ann (Dot) Woody born in 1936 to Otis and Mattie Lee Crawford, a wife of 68 years, a mother, a grandmother, a teacher and a friend has gone home to be with Jesus. She will be greeted by a mom, dad, sisters and brothers, leaving behind husband, Buddy Woody, sons Terry (Tammy) Woody, Marty (Connie) Woody, daughter Rhonda Woody, grandsons Nolan (Nicole) Woody, Garrett (Ashley)Woody, and granddaughter, Chelsea Obert, great grandchildren Ella, Isaiah, Alena, Lincoln, Drake, Houston, and Lyla. She was employed as a Kindergarten teacher and retired as a secretary for the State of TN. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Hospice of Chattanooga: 4926 B Main St. Jasper, TN 37347.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 1,2024 from 10-1pm.
Chapel Service at 1pm followed by interment at Lakewood West Cemetery at 2pm.
